RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:

All returns or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the original product, and shipping charges are only refundable in the case of shipping errors or damaged merchandise.


Shipping Errors: The customer must notify Saturday Solution within 5 business days of the receipt of the order regarding any invoice or packing slip discrepancies to be eligible for a refund or a replacement order.

Restock Fee on Returns: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Include in your return package: the reason for your return, the packing slip that was enclosed with your original order detailing the items you purchased, and wrap the package securely.

Write “Return” or “Exchange” as appropriate on the outside of the package. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment, with tracking. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for lost items without verifiable proof of delivery.

Limited Express Warranty:

SATURDAY SOLUTION WILL NOT HAVE OTHER OR GREATER LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, SATURDAY SOLUTION HAVE ANY LIABILITIES FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Kennels:

Saturday Solution warrants your outdoor kennel to be free of defects in workmanship and further warrants that under normal use will be free of problems for one full year from date of purchase by original purchaser. If you discover a defect in the kennel during the warranty period and wish to obtain replacement parts or have questions, send notice of claim to:

Include your return address, a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase date, plus a
description of claimed defect. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
particular purpose are limited to a duration of one (1) year from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover defects in the wire kennel caused by any animal, any physical abuse to or misuse of the kennel.

Weather Guard Greenhouses & Shelters:

Saturday Solutions warrants your product to be free of defects in workmanship and further warrants that under normal use will be free of problems for one full year from date of purchase by original purchaser.
If you discover a defect in the product during the warranty period and wish to obtain replacement parts or have questions, send notice of claim to:

Saturday Solutions warrants your product to be free of defects in workmanship and further warrants that under normal use will be free of problems for two years from date of purchase by original purchaser.
If you discover a defect in the product during the warranty period and wish to obtain replacement parts or have questions, send notice of claim to:

Saturday Solutions free of defects in workmanship and materials for six months, unless as noted.
